How does the Terminalfour export work?

You map your CollectContent templates to Terminalfour content types once. After that, approved items export directly into Terminalfour as Sections, Content and Media Library items within your existing site hierarchy.

Are images and files included as part of the integration?

Yes. Images and files from your CollectContent items are moved into the Terminalfour Media Library.

What's included in a CSV export?

A row per item with every field as a column, exported as a CSV file ready to open in Excel or import into any other system that accepts a spreadsheet.

Can I import content from a CSV or Excel file?

Yes. Upload a CSV or Excel file, map its columns to your template fields, and CollectContent creates a new piece of content for every row, a fast way to get a new project started.

Does the media ZIP keep original quality?

Yes. The ZIP contains every image and attachment from the project, including cropped images at their cropped dimensions, organised so you can find things easily.
