For Higher Education

From prospectus to published, without the email chase.

Course pages, prospectuses and open-day content pull in dozens of contributors across faculties. CollectContent collects it all in structured templates and publishes straight to TerminalFour.

What we hear from university teams

Course content has a lot of editors

Marketing owns the deadline, but the content lives with academics across every faculty, and it shows up in every format imaginable.

Dozens of contributors, one deadline

Academics, course leads and marketing all feed into the prospectus, and chasing everyone to the same deadline falls to a small comms team.

Content in every format

Course copy arrives as Word documents, emails and PDFs, and someone has to wrangle it all into a consistent shape before it's any use.

Re-keying into the CMS

Approved content gets manually copied into your CMS, page by page, which is slow, repetitive and easy to get wrong.

Course templates

Templates faculty can just fill in

Build a course template once (overview, entry requirements, fees, how to apply) split across tabs. Academics fill in clearly-labelled fields, so content arrives complete, consistent and on brand every time.

Higher-education questions

How does the TerminalFour export work?
Approved content is exported into TerminalFour as Sections and Content within your existing site hierarchy, so it lands where it should without manual re-keying.
Can academics contribute?
Yes. There are unlimited team members and no paid seats, so you can invite academics to fill in structured fields. Additionally, you can set academics as assignees, so they only see the content they're assigned to.
Can we reuse templates each cycle?
Yes. Build your course and prospectus templates once and reuse them every intake, updating the template centrally when things change.
What if we don't use TerminalFour?
You can export content as a CSV spreadsheet or a media ZIP for any other system, and new connectors are in development. Tell us where your content needs to go.
