Is there a limit on users?
No. Every plan includes unlimited users. You choose a plan based on the features and projects you need, not the size of your team.
How does billing work?
All plans are billed monthly. You can change plan or cancel at any time from your team settings. There's no long-term contract on Starter, Team or Business.
Can I change plan later?
Any time. Upgrade or downgrade from your team settings. Changes apply straight away and we prorate the difference on your next invoice.
What's the difference between Business and Enterprise?
Business covers larger teams that need roles, SSO and an SLA. Enterprise adds TerminalFour export, a dedicated success manager, data residency and security review, and custom contracts shaped around your organisation. Book a demo and we'll talk it through.
Can I export my content?
Yes, on every plan. Pull your content out as CSV or download a project's images and files together as a media ZIP whenever you like. Your content is always yours.
What happens to my content if I cancel?
It stays yours. Export everything as CSV or a media ZIP at any time, and we keep your data available for 30 days after cancellation so nothing is lost in a hurry.
