Creating an Account

Getting started with CollectContent takes just a few minutes. This guide walks you through signing up, verifying your email and setting up your first team.

Signing up

Signing up only takes a few minutes. Head over to the Create an account page to get started.

Verify your email

If you signed up with an email and password, we'll send a verification link to your inbox. Open the email and select Verify Email Address to confirm it's you.

Getting started

Once you've signed up and verified your email, you can either accept an invitation to join an existing team or create a new team.

Accepting invitations

Accepting invitations allows you to join existing teams.

You can accept invitations on the "Welcome" screen:

1. Visit the "Welcome" screen. If you are not already a member of a team, you will be redirected to the Welcome screen after login automatically. Alternatively, you can click your profile avatar in the top-right of the screen and then click "Invitations" in the dropdown.
2. From the "Invitations" panel, you can see any pending invitations.
3. To accept an invitation, click "Accept Invitation". Alternatively, you can click the menu button to the right to decline an invitation.

Creating a team

A team is a shared workspace where all your projects, templates and content will live.

You can create a new team by:

1. Visit the "Welcome" screen. If you are not already a member of a team, you will be redirected to the Welcome screen after login automatically. Alternatively, you can click your current team name in the header and select "Switch Team".
2. Select the "Create" button at the top of the Welcome screen.
3. Give your team a name and select an appropriate sector for your team.
4. Finally, follow the onboarding workflow to complete the setup of your team; it only takes a few minutes.

Logging in afterwards

Once your account and team are set up, you can sign back in at any time from the CollectContent sign-in page using your email and password.

If you're part of more than one team, you'll be able to switch between them from the team menu after signing in.
