CollectContent The CollectContent interface is organised around a global top bar, a project bar and a main content area that occasionally includes a sidebar. Here's a quick tour of the key areas.
The top bar
The top bar lets you manage your profile. From here you can:
- View your Notifications. Your notifications span multiple teams, and selecting a notification switches your team and redirects you to the relevant page.
- Perform actions related to Your Profile. For example, managing your profile, viewing your invitations and signing out.
The project bar
Once you have selected a team, and a project within that team, the project bar will be shown beneath the top bar.
The project bar allows you to navigate around your current project. From here you can:
- Switch your current project.
- View your content items.
- View your media & files.
- View your structure (templates & components).
- View your workflow.
- View your project calendar.
- View your integrations.
- Search for content items.
The main content area
The main content area is the main part of the page. Occassionally, the main content area will also include a left-hand sidebar. For example, on the "Content" page, the left-hand sidebar allows you to navigate your Content Hierarchy.
Quick tips
- Click your avatar in the top right to access your profile and account settings
- The notification bell shows unread comments and activity
- Use the breadcrumbs at the top of any view to navigate back up the hierarchy
