Archiving a project hides it from the active project list without deleting any of its content. It's a good way to keep your workspace tidy while preserving work for future reference.
Archiving a workflow stage
- Open the Workflow: Select Workflow in the project navigation.
- Click the delete button at the top of the workflow stage.
- Save your changes: click Save Workflow at the top of the screen to apply the changes. If you've accidentally deleted a workflow, you can either refresh your screen, or restore the workflow stage after saving.
What happens to archived workflow stages?
Nothing is deleted. All content items using the deleted workflow stage will continue to use the stage. However, the stage can no longer be selected when updating a content item workflow stage. Archived workflow stages are placed into the recycle bin, and can only be used again if restored.
