CollectContent As your team grows, you can move to a higher plan at any time to unlock more projects, items and storage.
Before you upgrade
Take a look at the plan comparison to choose the tier that fits where your team is headed. If you're not sure whether you need more room, check your current usage first, it's a good indicator of what to look for in a new plan.
How to upgrade
- Open Team Settings by clicking your team name in the global bar.
- Within the team menu select the Billing option.
- Within "Manage Billing", click the Change Plan button.
- Select your new plan by clicking "Get Started".
Good to know
Only the team Owner and Administrators can change the subscription plan..
When it takes effect
Upgrades take effect immediately. Your new project, item and storage limits are available as soon as you confirm. Billing is prorated, so you only pay the difference for the remainder of your current billing period. Your next full invoice will reflect the new plan's price.
What changes unlock
Depending on the plan you move to, an upgrade can immediately unlock:
- More projects
- More items per projects
- Extra storage for media and files
If you later decide the higher plan isn't needed, you can downgrade your plan at any time.
