CollectContent We're sorry to see you go. You can cancel your subscription at any time, with no contracts or minimum terms.

Before you cancel
- Only the team Owner and Administrators can cancel the subscription.
- If you'd rather reduce costs than cancel outright, consider downgrading your plan instead.
- Please export any content you may need, as a CSV export and a media ZIP for each project.
How to cancel
- Open Team Settings by clicking your team name in the global bar.
- Within the team menu select the Billing option.
- Within "Manage Plan", click the Cancel Plan button.
- You will need to confirm your password in order to cancel your plan.
When it takes effect
Your subscription is cancelled at the end of the current billing period. You retain full access until then, nothing changes immediately. You can resume your plan before the end of your current billing period by clicking the "Resume plan" button.
What happens after cancellation
- Access to CollectContent will become limited.
- Your content is not deleted. It remains associated with your team for a limited period of time in case you want to reactivate later. Please see our terms and conditions for more information on data retention.

Changing your mind
If you cancel and later decide to continue, you can resubscribe from the Billing tab at any time to restore full access, your content will be exactly as you left it provided you resubscribe within a period of time.
