Understanding Plans and Usage Limits

Updated 15 July 2026 2 min read

CollectContent is available on several plans, each with different limits for projects, content items and storage. Here's how to understand what your plan includes and keep an eye on your usage.

Checking your current usage

  1. Open Team Settings by clicking your team name in the global bar.
  2. Within the team menu your plan will be displayed, showing two key numbers Projects and Storage used against your plan.
  3. You can view the number of Content Items you've used for each of your projects on the All Projects page.

What counts towards limits

Projects, Content Items and Storage all count towards your plan usage and limits.

Recycled projects, items and storage still count towards your plan usage. Recycling is designed to help clear up your workspace and make it easier for your team to work. If you're reaching your plan limits, we recommend clearing your recycling to reduce your current usage.

For more information see:

Reaching a limit

Once you reach a plan limit, you can either upgrade your plan or reduce usage, for example by permanently deleting a project, file of content item.
