Downloading a File

Sometimes you just need one file, not a full export. CollectContent lets you download any individual file straight from the Media Library.

Downloading a file

  1. Open the Media Hierarchy: Select Media in the project navigation.
  2. Right-click a file to open the options, or on mobile click the menu button .
  3. Click "Download" from the menu.

Good to know

Cropped images belong to individual content items. Once an image is placed in a field, you can download either the original image, or the cropped image. See Editing and Cropping Images for more information.
