Using the Project Overview

Updated 15 July 2026 1 min read

When you open a project, you land on its Overview page. It's a quick snapshot of what's happening in the project and a launchpad to everywhere else you need to go.

Getting to the overview

  1. Visit your Projects page. You will need to select a team if you haven't done so already.
  2. Choose a project: Select any project from the list. The Overview page opens by default.

You can also return to the Overview at any time by selecting "Overview" in the project navigation.

What you'll see

Let's get started

If your project is new, you may see a list of "Let's get started" tasks designed to help you get up and running quickly.

Once you've created a template and a content item, this panel will be replaced with your recent activity.

Recent activity

A running feed of which content items have changed lately in the project. It's a fast way to catch up on what your team has been working on after time away.

Project status

A summary of how much content the project holds, broken down by workflow stage, so you can see at a glance how much is still in progress versus ready to publish.
