Projects are the top-level containers that hold all your templates, items and workflow configuration. Here's how to create one.
Before you start
Only "Administrators" and "Editors" can create projects. If the New Project button isn't visible, check with your team Owner or an Administrator.
Creating a project
- Visit your Projects page. You will need to select a team if you haven't done so already.
- Click the "Create" button in the top-right-hand side of the screen.
- In the opening dialogue, choose a name for your project and optionally select a blueprint. A blueprint is a pre-designed project, with templates, workflows and other settings included for that specific use case.
- Create it: Select Create Project.
You can now select to open the new project, which is ready for templates and items.
Good to know
You can rename a project at any time. See Renaming a project for details.
What's next
Once your project is created, you'll typically want to set up templates for the content it holds. Your team will be able to use the project automatically. However, team members with the role "Assignee" will only be able to access projects that feature content they are assigned to
