CollectContent Some integrations can be updated directly in CollectContent, while others must be updated in external systems.
Before making changes, it's a good idea to read Understanding Integrations first.
Updating integrations within CollectContent
For integrations hosted in CollectContent, open the integration to access update options.
From an integration in CollectContent, you can:
- Rename the integration
- Change integration settings
- Run integration jobs
Use these steps:
- Open the Integrations: Select Integrations in the project navigation.
- Open the integration: Choose the integration you want to update.
- Rename if needed: Update the integration name so it is easy to identify.
- Update settings: Change credentials, mapping, destination settings, or other integration-specific configuration.
- Save your changes: Confirm the new settings are saved.
- Run a job to validate: Run an import or export job to confirm the updated integration works as expected.
Updating integrations in external systems
Some integrations are run and managed outside CollectContent. In these cases, update the integration in the external platform itself.
This can include updating API keys, endpoint configuration, sync rules, or field mappings in that external system.
